Zach is the founder of Braddock Investment Group and oversees the strategic vision for the company, as well as maintaining the day to day operations. He started his real estate career in the middle of the Great Recession. From lessons he learned during that time believes that calculated risk-taking in inefficient markets is the key to being successful in real estate and building long term wealth. The product of a hard-working family from Missouri (Zach’s mom is an architect, and his father was an attorney), Zach found his passion for real estate soon after moving to Chicago. A year after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Political Science degree, Zach read Rich Dad Poor Dad and instantly knew that the real estate investment arena was where he wanted to be.
